Freediving instructor levels

Four levels, one path.

01

Freediver Instructor · Level 1

Teach freedivers to dive autonomously in open water to 10 m. You can also teach as Snorkeling Instructor and Indoor Freediver Instructor 1. Requires Advanced Freediver and Rescue Freediver.

Advanced Freediver Instructor · Level 2

Teach to 20 m and certify Advanced Freediver, Rescue Freediver and Freediver Assistant Instructor. Requires Freediver Instructor.

Deep Freediver Instructor · Level 3

Teach to 30 m and certify Deep Freediver, Deep Rescue Freediver and Deep Freediver Assistant Instructor. Requires Advanced Freediver Instructor.

Master Freediver Instructor · Level 4

Teach to 40 m and certify Master Freediver. Requires Deep Freediver Instructor.

Pool and open water

Static and dynamic, all year round.

With the Indoor Freediver Instructor courses, from level 1 to 4, you teach static and dynamic apnea in the pool, where your students build technique and confidence in a safe environment.

Every SNSI freediving instructor level also includes the matching indoor level.
