Every required skill is tracked.
Each training session includes its mandatory skills. Instructors record completed exercises, and students independently confirm their completion.
Follow-ups are created automatically.
When an instructor leaves a required skill incomplete, the system creates a follow-up and keeps the training open.
If a student does not confirm a skill marked as completed by the instructor, the student must explain why, and the system automatically creates a follow-up.
Training remains open until all required skills have been confirmed by both instructor and student.
Critical training milestones require digital signatures.
Before confined-water training begins, students must digitally sign the required waiver.
For courses that include confined-water and open-water training, both instructor and student digitally sign the completion of the confined-water phase and confirm readiness to proceed to open water.
Before open-water training begins, students must digitally sign a second required waiver. The instructor's open-water training record becomes accessible only after this step is completed.
The same skill verification and follow-up process applies throughout open-water training. At the end, instructor and student digitally confirm readiness for certification.
